Quality implies, in the first place, the quality of the final product. Quality is ensured by a well-established quality management system and the ISO9001/2000 certifying. We are ISO 9001/2000 certified since year 2000, by the german TÜV Rheinland company, re-certifying being done on a yearly audit basis, since.For us, though, quality means more than product quality and its on-schedule, at the agreed price delivery.
Quality includes all these but also implies for us to understand the competition our client is in and his marketing potential. Understanding the market gives us the possibility of a better cooperating with our client and of a more competitive products manufacturing. We realize that, if our clients products are competitive, he is gaining on the market and, with him, so are we. The manner these products were achieved is, in fact our image, our presentation card.
